My Idea of Beautiful

I totally can't believe it has been 2 weeks since I have blogged last! At first I was thinking that I really have not done much in the last 2 weeks, why haven't I blogged? Then it all came flooding back... besides shooting 9 sessions I also shot a birth (well most of one!) , Mike and I celebrated our 8th anniversary, I cleaned out our pantry which hasn't happened since we have lived in this house (2 years!) and we have totally cleaned out the office, which seems like it has taken a whole week! So I guess it has been a little crazy around here but now I am so excited to share some of my favorites from one of my sessions this week! This is Sarah, she has been a client and a really great friend of mine for about 2 years now, she wanted me to shoot photos of her little guys birth but in the 6 minutes between the time I was called and the time I got to her house he was born! So all my photos were shot right after he was born, that is why I said I shot most of a birth! Then a few days later they came over for Noah's first offical photo session, I just love how these photos turned out! While I was editing I was really trying to let the photos tell me how they should be edited, and what they told me was "we want to be cropped, really tight!" so I cropped tight. I usually don't crop so many this tight, but that is what they said so I listened! I love how different these are for me and I love the feeling that comes from all of these. This first one I think is so beautiful I just can't get over it! I just feel love when I look at these, I hope you feel love too!
